The Mason City Chamber of Commerce will hold a Ribbon Cutting ceremony, with refreshments, at the dedication of the final phase of father construction of the Cannonball Gardens and Educational Plaza. Join in on the celebration of many years of planning and development of the Gardens for the employment of the public and preservation of the 457 Cannonball.
