Charles H. MacNider Art Museum

The Charles H. MacNider Art Museum is a North Iowa cultural treasure; the museum includes a permanent collection of American art, the famous Bil Baird puppets, and an impressive range of ceramics. Genuinely an active center for the Arts, the museum offers changing exhibits, films, studio classes, special events, Imagination Playground, and a museum shop.
Hours: Tuesday & Thursday 9 AM – 8PM; Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 9 AM – 5 PM
Admission: Free admission for a self-guided tour.
Guests are asked to social distance themselves from other groups to whom they have not come with. Wearing a mask is encouraged. Masks are provided at no charge if needed. The maximum number of people allowed in the building is 50.

- Group Admission: Free for self-guided tour; $5 per person for scheduled guided tour for groups of 10 or more. Complimentary admission for driver and escort for groups of 25 or more.
