Honoring more than 3,300 veterans with local connections, the Mason City Veterans Monument features 12 Black India Granite stones, each 8 feet high and weighing 4,000 pounds. Located in Central Park, in the heart of Downtown Mason City, the memorial is a beautiful spot for veterans, their families, and visitors to reflect, remember, and find solace as they honor those who have served and those who are currently serving our country.
