Are you interested in gardening and the local food movement? Then this class is for you! Join Fat Hill Brewing and Farmer Steve from Twisted River Farm in Mitchell on Thursday, February 16th at 7pm. Farmer Steve will teach how to take your garden game to the next level with a tutorial on seed starting. Seed starting is a great way to get a jump on the short Iowa growing season and boost your production. This class will cover choosing the right soil and seeds, germination, plant growth, and transplanting.
